Sorry for the break. Hopefully the ‘tweets’ have kept some of you interested…

I just got back from doing some breakout sessions at a worship conference in Windermere. Before that, my family was decompressing from a great but busy vacation. Hopefully, I can get back into a blogging rhythm…

The big news today? I stepped on the scale this morning and can officially say:

I’ve lost 20 pounds!

I can’t believe I’ve actually done it. I’ve eaten pretty much what I’ve wanted by using the Weight Watcher point system. I’ve transitioned to diet and ‘zero’ [Cherry Coke zero is the bomb!] sodas, fat-free, low-cal candy [Lemonheads; Weight Watcher pecan clusters]. I’ve also exercised liberally.

I don’t really have ‘before’ and ‘after’ full-body shots, but I do have them of my mug. This should give you an idea…

My goal is to lose a total of 35 pounds. That would be my weight in early college. Maybe impossible but I’m going for it. I’m going to have to up the ante on exercising…

Here’s to the next 15…
